Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Soltech packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then secure it firmly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
